We are currently recruiting for:
Homelessness Accommodation Support Coordinator
This position offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change by building relationships with accommodation providers, identifying housing options, and supporting guests to not only secure homes but also sustain their tenancies long-term. You’ll work directly with individuals, landlords, and community organisations to ensure every guest receives personalised, compassionate, and practical support.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: UnityMK sites, Winter Night Shelter venues, and working from home
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, which includes some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The role has an on-call requirement for the Winter Night Shelter service season.
Holidays: 25 days’ holiday plus statutory days.

Part Time Meaningful Work Coordinator
This inspiring opportunity involves designing and delivering a wide-ranging programme of courses and activities that build confidence, develop life and employability skills, and prepare individuals for independent living. You’ll work closely with local partners, businesses, and community groups to create connections and open doors for UnityMK guests, offering personalised guidance and ongoing support
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Part Time Finance Manager
Are you an experienced finance professional who wants to use your skills to make a real difference in the community? You will take responsibility for the financial operations of UnityMK, a rapidly growing registered charity and company limited by guarantee.
You’ll be an experienced Finance Manager with knowledge of charity finance, who’s confident working independently and enjoys a varied role. Proficiency in Xero and Excel, as well as the ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues, is essential.
Salary: £35,500 to £36,500 pro-rata per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Blended working – UnityMK sites, and working from home
Hours: 20 hours per week. Flexible working options available, subject to the requirements of the role
